Philanthropy

Houston Alumnae Association of Alpha Delta Pi is committed to serving our international charity, Ronald McDonald House Charities. We support the RMH at Texas Children’s Hospital with Breakfast several times a month, decorate the RMH on Holcombe for Christmas, and serve meals to patients and their families. A Ronald McDonald House is truly a home away from home. Members have immense satisfaction serving these houses.

This is our 20th year to stuff stockings for the Harris County Psychiatric Hospital patients. Some of these patients have never received a Christmas gift before. We have a lovely time at our party. Philanthropy can be fun.

We also support the Yellowstone Academy, a school for those children living in poverty; Houston Area Women’s Center, a sanctuary for abused women; and the Houston Alumnae Panhellenic Foundation supporting scholarships for college women.

Your volunteer efforts will be greatly appreciated, whether you donate your time or make a contribution. All of our philanthropy efforts are made through the Houston Alpha Delta Pi Altruistic Association.
